  • Dedicated Field Sales Teams

    OnCall's Dedicated Field Sales Teams provide a turnkey solution for companies that need additional sales representatives but are unable to increase their permanent headcount. Our Dedicated Field Sales Teams work exclusively on behalf of one client. The entire team can be viewed as a flexible resource, dedicated to that company, that can be deployed whenever and wherever business opportunities dictate.

    OnCall's Dedicated Field Sales Teams are custom-designed following each client's unique specifications including representative profile, training program, management direction, IT platform, and incentive plans.

    All of our dedicated field sales programs give clients the option to transfer all or part of the sales team to their own employment during or upon completion of the contract.

  • Shared Field Sales Teams - OnCall-Share

    Our OnCall-Share teams offer clients national product representation targeting specific, clearly-defined audiences. These syndicated sales teams allow clients to share call time with other complementary, non-competing products.

    The cost of the sales resource is spread across several products and companies, thus making it particularly cost-effective for each product. With OnCall-Share, clients can receive top-quality targeted sales calls at half or less than half the cost of a historical industry sales call.

    OnCall-Share sales representatives have prior sales experience with their target audience enabling clients to immediately benefit from established relationships.

  • Medical Science Liaison Services

    OnCall's Medical Science Liaison services provide comprehensive outsourcing of medical education and thought-leader interaction to the healthcare industry.     Vacant Territory Coverage - A great option for a territory that is vacant due to a maternity leave.

    Test Markets - We can deploy 1 rep in any market across the US and allow you to make sure the territory will pay out before you increase your company's headcount. If you are happy with the results you can move the rep onto your sales force for a nominal charge.

  • Telesales
